Postage and Insurance
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will advise you of any delays that may occur. We use Australia Post as our only postage carrier. If you require your items quickly please select Express Post.
Postal prices are based on Australia Post parcel rates and pre-paid satchel rates current as of October 2007. Additional packaging is provided as a customer service of Pretty Beaded Things.
For International purchases customs forms will be marked "Merchandise". You will be responsible for any customs or duties imposed by your country.
For New Zealand residents please contact us for your postage amounts (around $2.50 for up to 50 grams, $3.50 for up to 125 grams and $8.00 for up to 250 grams). It is cheaper than the International rates.
We take all precautions to ensure your parcel arrives on time and in good condition. Rosaries by Janine will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost parcels.
Returns
Returns will be accepted if you e-mail us within 7 day of receipt of goods informing us of your intention to return the item/s. While no re-stocking fee applies, we will not refund postage/insurance coss and the return postage will be at your expense. Once we receive the item/s we will arrange your refund. If you paid by bank deposit please enclose your account details so your refund can be arranged.
